Who We Are

Introduction

SPG Global Marine Services Limited is a registered, Nigerian-owned limited liability company that undertakes procurement, engineering and equipment leasing, with expertise in engineering construction management and technical support services for the oil and gas industry.

We also provide mechanical, electrical and general engineering services related to construction, dredging and other engineering-oriented establishments. We have established close working partnerships with equipment owners and consultants who can be relied upon to provide other engineering-related services promptly, especially with our subsidiary, Emerald Fountains & Produce Limited.

SPG Global Marine Services Limited has expanded its line of undertakings and grown into a group known as the SPG Group of Companies, to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our prospective clients.

We are registered with the Department of Petroleum Resources in Nigeria, and in 2015 we entered into collaboration with Petra Nigeria Limited as our technical partner.

SPG Global Marine Services Limited was founded in 2012, fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and moved into construction in 2013. The company currently has a paid-up share capital of ₦1,000,000, with an office at Km 1, Shell Location Road, Akenfa, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, Nigeria.

We have highly qualified civil and structural engineers, plus design and construction specialists in roads, buildings, jetties and piping works. We have acquired several pieces of heavy-duty equipment for our projects, with the aim of becoming a giant in the construction industry in the near future.

We undertake assignments for clients in every key sector of economic growth and development, and offer expertise covering the entire development process, from conception to completion.
